My Approach



I think we’re all looking for ways to be happy and healthy. Life is meant to be enjoyed. I’m here to help you look and feel your best.

But, first, what is a Nutritional Consultant? I get asked this question all the time. The truth is, I help people reach their goals. Maybe you want to lose or gain weight; perhaps you need help managing your stress and anxiety; maybe you want to be healthy but you don’t know where to start. That’s where I come in. I’m here to support and guide you as you make positive changes that will last a lifetime.

I want you to heal – mind, body, and soul. The best part of my job is helping people figure out what works for them. No two people are alike. Maybe you’re like me and you love being on a plant-based diet – maybe not. And that’s okay. I’ll meet you where you are, whether that means you’re a pro at shopping at farmers’ markets or you’re addicted to fast food. It doesn’t matter – I’m here for you.

Life gets busy. And messy. I’ll be your shoulder to cry on when you’re sad, frustrated, and tired. Think of me as your own personal cheerleader, here to help you heal. I want to help.

What if I only want one session?

Contact me for a 90 minute session where we’ll make sure you get the help you need to achieve your goals. This is for you if you need a quick chat; have a few questions and an intention in mind; are ready to make a solid commitment, but just need some guidance/motivation. You will have my undivided attention. I’ll develop simple, effective steps that will help you heal your mind, body, and soul. This is perfect for you if you have a clear understanding of what you want, but just need some help.

Can I purchase a 1 month plan?

Yes! You can take advantage of my 1 month plan. This is perfect for you if you need more than 1 session, but don’t need a longer program. You’ll have two 1 hour sessions with me where we’ll go in depth talking about your goals. I’ll make sure you’re on track with simple, easy to follow suggestions, and at the end of the month you’ll be closer than ever to finally looking and feeling amazing.

You will receive:

  • Two one hour sessions over 1 month
  • Email support in-between sessions
  • Handouts, recipes, samples, and more

Can I do a 90-Day Intensive?

This is one of my most popular programs as it gives us more time together and ensures that you have my help and guidance consistently for 90 days! During this 90 day intensive, we will talk about your diet: what’s working and what’s not? We’ll make sure that you are managing your stress and that you’re learning how to deal with anxiety, fear, and other emotional barriers that you may have. This program lets us take our time and will help you ease into positive, lasting changes.

You will receive:

  • Six one-hour coaching sessions over 3 months
  • Unlimited email support for same day question-and-answer response
  • Books, handouts, and recipes
  • Food samples, stress reductions techniques, and more

My Platinum 6-month program:

This amazing 6-month program is perfect for you if you want to take things slowly. Gradually easing into lifestyle changes is the best way to ensure that everything we work on together will be lasting. We’ll work on everything you need in order to heal, from food and friends, to letting go of fear and embracing positive changes. You will have my support, guidance, and attention for 12 beautiful sessions. You will make amazing changes that will last a lifetime.

You will receive:

  • Twelve one hour one-on-one coaching sessions over 6 months
  • Unlimited email support for same day question-and-answer response
  • Books, cds, dvds, handouts, and recipes
  • Food samples, stress reduction techniques, and more

Additional Options:
