Whether you want to get your pre-baby weight back or you want help dealing with your mood changes, I will focus on developing a program that’s right for you.

For new moms, it’s best to gradually make changes in the way that you eat and how you will stay active so that these changes will be safe and healthy. For this reason, I recommend either a 90-day Healthy Mommy program or a more extended Platinum 6-Month Healthy Mommy program so you can really give yourself time to heal, flourish, and thrive.
