One of my favorite things to do is put together a quick, delicious appetizer and this one is definitely worth sharing! I love fresh basil and can’t get enough of this yummy, easy-to-make appetizer.
Serves: 1
Vegan, Gluten Free
Ingredients:
1 slice gluten free bread
Vegan cream cheese (make sure there are no hydrogenated oils in the ingredients)
1 small tomato (just a few slices will do)
Fresh basil leaves
Small sprinkle of salt and pepper
Instructions:
Spread a thin layer of vegan cream cheese on the bread. Cover the slice of bread with fresh basil leaves. Top with thin slices of tomato and finish with a small touch of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
