In case you haven’t noticed by now, I love smoothies! I recently bought some yummy organic almond milk and it has made my smoothies creamier, so I’ve definitely been having tasty treats :).
Here’s the recipe for the yummy smoothie pictured above – enjoy!
Ingredients:
Vegan, Soy-Free, Gluten-Free
1 cup fresh or frozen organic strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1 banana
1/2 cup organic almond milk (or however much your prefer for your smoothie)
2 tablespoons organic, ground flaxseeds (for added omega-3 fatty acids!)
1/2 cup organic spinach or organic kale (optional)
Blend all of the ingredients together and enjoy! *I love strawberries and blueberries, but feel free to use whatever berries you like most or happen to have on hand :).
