I love making green beans, especially for family get-togethers. This recipe can be made with fresh or frozen green beans and it’s absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free
1 pound green beans
2 garlic cloves, minced (add more if you are a garlic lover like me!)
Sliced organic almonds
Grapeseed oil
Instructions:
Place a small amount of oil in pan. Allow to heat for a few seconds and add fresh or frozen green beans. Note: if you are adding fresh green beans you may choose to cut the ends off after you have washed them. Sautée the green beans for several minutes until they start to get a little soft (not too soft – we don’t want them to be soggy!). Add garlic when there is only a couple minutes left of cook time. Place in a large plate and top with sliced almonds. I like having green beans with mashed potatoes and a tomato salad – serve it the way you like and enjoy!
