Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free
Ingredients:
1 15 oz can organic black beans (look for a trusted brand, such as Eden brand beans so you can get a can with no BPAs in it.)
1 dash of cumin
Small sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Juice from 1/2 a small lime
Small pinch of salt
Instructions:
Soak the beans for several hours. Place in pan with a bit of water. Bring to a boil and add cumin, cayenne pepper, and lime juice. Stir and add a sprinkle of salt before you turn off the stove. This recipe only takes a few minutes to make as you are simply heating the beans. Serve with brown rice, guacamole, and a small salad. Enjoy!
