I LOVE working with my clients one-on-one and diving deep into everything that affects our health: mentally, emotionally, physically, and even spiritually.

What Does Your 12-Week Program Look Like?

This was always my most popular program so now it’s the only one I’m offering! During these 12 weeks, we will talk about your diet: what’s working and what’s not? We’ll also make sure that you are managing your stress and that you’re learning how to deal with anxiety, fear, and other emotional barriers that you may have. In short, we go over everything – the physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual aspects of health! This program lets us take our time and will help you ease into positive, lasting changes.

You will receive:

  • Six one-hour coaching sessions over 12 weeks
  • Unlimited email support for same day question-and-answer response
  • Handouts and recipes
  • Stress reduction techniques – and more!

Additional Options (for Los Angeles residents ONLY!):

  • Health food store tour
  • Healthy pantry makeover (one of my faves!)

Normally this consultation is $125 an hour, but as a new client, this consultation is free for you! During this  session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle goals and decide how I can be the best health coach for you as you go on your own wellness journey.
